The program had more than 50 team members, children and teachers from 5 competing clusters of the affiliated Teams, divided into 6 competing teams.
At the contest, the teams brought lively and emotional presentations about many meaningful works such as "10 girls at Dong Loc crossroads", "Cold wind at the beginning of the season", "Please don't make me cry", " Dien Bien soldier tells a story", "Stars and planets"... The students not only showed a deep understanding of the book's content but also shared their sincere feelings, thereby inspiring positive feelings about love, the spirit of overcoming difficulties, gratitude and national pride.
At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to Competition Cluster No. 5 for their presentation of the work “10 girls at Dong Loc Intersection”; the second prize went to Competition Cluster No. 4 for their work “Cold Wind of the Beginning of the Season”; the third prize went to Competition Cluster No. 1 for their book “Please Don’t Make Me Cry”. In addition, three consolation prizes were awarded to teams from the remaining clusters for their creative and emotional performances.
The 2025 “My Favorite Book” Contest is a useful and meaningful playground for children in the city, contributing to nurturing a love of books, forming life skills and spreading reading habits in the community, aiming to build a learning society and lifelong learning.
