Wishing to paint a picture of his homeland with a strong Vietnamese imprint, coach Thai VG gave the topic "Where we live" to the two warriors Mikelodic and Long Non La in the confrontation round of Rap Viet season 3. Both decided to put into the rap a picture of their homeland where they were born and raised. With Long Non La, Thai VG wanted the male rapper to choose the most authentic picture of a peaceful countryside, while with Mikelodic, Thai VG wanted him to paint a picture of a bustling urban area.

Watching this performance, Coach B Ray was constantly amazed. Coach BigDaddy affirmed: "Mikelodic surprised me a lot because at first I thought you were just playing melodic, but unexpectedly today you showed me your amazing rapping ability, your content is very good, there are raps that "scratch the right itch", and as Coach Andree said, Mikelodic is indeed a very formidable opponent!".

Judge JustaTee commented: "Long is a poetic person, while Mikelodic is very worldly. Both of you have succeeded in portraying all the poetry and life on stage in this performance. And this is also the ideal that Thai VG has carried with him for a long time!". Karik also couldn't stop admiring the performance of the two contestants from Coach Thai VG's team.

The audience's vote score for Long Non La was 59 and Mikelodic was 41. The jury decided that Mikelodic would move on to the next round with coach Thai VG, Long Non La would compete in round 8 bar (rescue match).

Toi – HYDRA transformed into Ba Kien – Chi Pheo

HYDRA is considered a strong competitor in the Thai VG coach team. Toi is not far behind, a potential factor with rich vocabulary and a very unique way of telling stories. Competing with each other, Toi came up with the idea of putting Vietnamese literature into rap songs to make it more accessible to everyone. Both decided to transform into Ba Kien and Chi Pheo to convey the story with the theme they wanted: Love or not love.

After listening to this performance, Coach Andree couldn't help but exclaim: "Once again, Mr. Thai really surprised me... Even though Mr. Thai is abroad, he is still very interested in Vietnamese literature and brought it into the rap song in an impressive way. The two of you performed this performance very well!". Coach B Ray expressed: "I'm sitting here now and I'm very sorry that I don't have a golden hat to give to you two!".

Judge Suboi "compliments HYDRA for maintaining a good spirit when stepping on stage and a compliment for Toi for trying to hone his skills, proving to the judges his maturity and efforts!"

HYDRA received 55 votes, Toi: 45 points. The three judges had conflicting decisions and after consideration, the judges chose Toi to continue to the next round with coach Thai VG, HYDRA participated in the 8 bar round.

Thai VG paired up two new players: VolTak and CADMIUM, choosing the school theme on the beat and drums, both chose the school bullying theme to draw a story and give a solution to this problem. The performance of Oh My School made everyone in the studio dance along. Judge Karik "really enjoyed this performance. VolTak has improved a lot, and CADMIUM is so great, I don't know what else to say". VolTak received 64 points and CADMIUM 36 points. The judges chose VolTak to continue to the next round because of the obvious improvement in skills.

"Small ring" Liu Grace and the guy from Ocean MOB team wAvy continue to be the combination of 2 young elements of Thai VG team. Competing with modern melody through the performance Tinh yeu qua la lun , the rap made the stage light up. Judge Suboi commented: "The colors you bring approach international music !". Coach Thai VG "feels that Liu Grace has the potential to become an international star, and wAvy raps very smoothly, I really like your style and energy!". Liu Grace received an overwhelming number of votes: 75 points and 25 points for wAvy. 3 judges chose Liu Grace to continue to the breakthrough round, wAvy competed in the 8 bar round.

In round 8 bars, HYDRA won the game with his "top of the top" rhyming skills, immediately receiving the last golden hat from Andree. Long Non La was the rapper who won this round, moving on to the next round.
