Publicly announce the enrollment routes, enrollment quotas, enrollment times, and enrollment methods of educational institutions on the electronic information portal of the Department of Education and Training; scientifically divide enrollment routes, in accordance with the wishes of the majority of people, ensuring enough places for students, and preventing overloading at schools in the area.
