Tomorrow, May 24, more than 3,500 candidates will take the 10th grade exam at Gifted High School.

Master Tran Vu, Vice Principal of the High School for the Gifted (VNU-HCM), said that this year's entrance exam had 3,509 candidates. Among the specialized exams, English had the highest number of candidates registering with 1,272, followed by math with 1,018.

To take the 10th grade entrance exam for Gifted High School, candidates take three non-major subjects: math, literature, English and an additional major subject.

On May 24, candidates will take 3 non-major subjects, and on May 25, they will take the major subject.

This year, Gifted High School organizes 3 exam locations.

Exam site No. 1: Gifted High School (District 5 campus) - 153 Nguyen Chi Thanh, Ward 9, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City; exam will be held on May 24 and the morning of May 25.

Exam site No. 2: Saigon Practical High School - 220 Tran Binh Trong, Ward 4, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City; exam will be held on May 24 and the afternoon of May 25.

Exam site No. 3: Gifted High School (Thu Duc campus) - HCM City National University Urban Area, Linh Trung Ward, Thu Duc City; exam will be held on May 24 and May 25.

The Gifted High School said that the exam notice is issued on the admission system with the login account that the candidate used to register for admission. Candidates need to print the exam notice to present at the exam. The exam notice is expected to be accessible from May 21 on the admission registration portal.

The school advises candidates to carefully check the exam locations of each subject to avoid confusion between exam locations in District 5 and Thu Duc campus.

Candidates should be present at the testing site at least 45 minutes before the test start time to ensure completion of the examination room entry procedures as prescribed and to be in a comfortable state of mind before the test.

Candidates must bring their ID card. If they do not have an ID card, they must present an identification document with a photo. The Examination Council has the right to refuse to allow candidates to take the exam if they do not bring the above documents.

If there are any errors in the last name, middle name, first name, date of birth on the exam notice, you must immediately notify the invigilator when your name is called into the exam room for timely handling.
