The Licensing Board has decided to grant licenses to clubs to participate in the 2025-2026 national championship on the online licensing system for 14 clubs that meet the criteria of class A and B, including: Nam Dinh Club, Hanoi Club, Viettel The Cong Club, Ha Tinh Club, Hanoi Police Club, Hai Phong Club, Dong A Thanh Hoa Club, Hoang Anh Gia Lai Club, Binh Duong Club, Ho Chi Minh City Club, Song Lam Nghe An Club, Quang Nam Club, Binh Dinh Club and SHB Da Nang Club.

In addition, three clubs have been granted conditional licenses to participate in the 2025-2026 V-League: Ninh Binh Club, Binh Phuoc Club and PVF-CAND Club. The Licensing Board will continue to monitor and assign specialized departments to evaluate the process of completing the infrastructure criteria of these clubs in the coming time.
