Agribank Hue branch donates 5 billion VND to support A Luoi in eliminating temporary houses

Accordingly, Agribank Hue branch provided social security support of VND5 billion to build houses for poor households residing in temporary houses in A Luoi district. Along with the funding of VND5 billion in 2025, on this occasion, Agribank also handed over 100 houses from the 2024 social security program to households in this mountainous district.

Previously, in July 2024, with funding support from Agribank, A Luoi district built 100 social security houses for households with revolutionary contributions, poor and near-poor households with a total cost of 5 billion VND. After more than 6 months of implementation, these houses were completed and put into use.

Mr. Ho Dam Giang, Chairman of the People's Committee of A Luoi district, said that in order to achieve the goal of eliminating temporary houses, A Luoi district has received support from many businesses and banks. From Agribank Hue branch alone, in 2024-2025, the district received support of 10 billion VND to build 200 houses for poor and near-poor households. In addition to support from Agribank, the district also mobilized other socialized resources to support people in building standard houses.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of A Luoi district also pledged to speed up the construction of 100 houses from Agribank's social security support in 2025 and complete them before June 2025.
