With the participation of nearly 20 Indian enterprises, the India Pavilion at Vietnam FoodExpo 2024 introduced many modern products and technologies in the fields of processed food, spices, beverages, food preservation and processing technology. Mr. Bui Trung Thuong, Trade Counselor of Vietnam in India, commented that the strong presence of Indian enterprises at the exhibition not only shows a special interest in the Vietnamese market but also affirms the great potential for cooperation between the two countries in the food industry.
Vietnam FoodExpo 2024 recorded the participation of nearly 400 enterprises from more than 30 provinces and cities in the country and over 20 countries and territories, with more than 500 booths. This year's event not only creates an effective trading platform but also affirms Vietnam's leading role in developing a modern and sustainable food industry.
The exhibition attracted thousands of visitors, including importers, distributors, and large corporations in the food industry from all over the world . In particular, many memorandums of understanding and cooperation agreements were signed at the event, opening up export and strategic investment opportunities for Vietnamese and international businesses.
Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Phan Thi Thang said that Vietnam FoodExpo 2024 has demonstrated the attractiveness of Vietnamese food products in the international market, while affirming the importance of technological innovation and brand building in increasing export value.
