An Thi: Study and thoroughly understand the core content of the work on preventing and combating corruption and negativity by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong

During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh attached special importance to preventing and combating embezzlement and corruption in the Party and the State. He considered them “dangerous diseases”, “internal invaders”, which not only caused economic damage, but also degraded political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle; weakened the Party and State apparatus; and caused loss of trust among the masses. The work “Resolutely and persistently fighting against corruption and negativity, contributing to building our Party and State increasingly clean and strong” (abbreviated as the work) by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong expressed the consistent viewpoint of the head of our Party on the work of fighting against corruption and negativity, building and rectifying the Party, and training the ethics and lifestyle of cadres and Party members.

Comrade Pham Phuc Dao, Secretary of the Party Committee of Nguyen Trai Commune, said that the Party Executive Committee of the Commune held an expanded meeting, directing Party cells and socio-political organizations to include the General Secretary's work in their monthly activities, each time studying a number of articles and speeches in the work, and at the same time connecting with reality to raise awareness and responsibility of cadres, party members and association members in the work of preventing and combating corruption and negativity.
