Of which, provincial budget capital reached 921 billion VND, up 56.88%; district budget capital reached 414 billion VND, up 37.11%; commune budget capital reached 201 billion VND, down 27.81% over the same period last year. Important investment areas from this capital source include: Capital for basic construction investment; capital for major repairs, upgrading fixed assets, etc.
