Russia's new policy affirms that "Russia does not consider itself an enemy of the West, does not isolate itself from the West and has no hostile intentions towards the West," but the anti-Russian policy of the United States and its allies is a major threat to Russia's security, as well as to international peace. Russia can use armed forces to repel and prevent attacks on itself and its allies. (Source: kremlin.ru) |
