This year's tournament has 4 teams: the team of officials and employees of the Vietnamese Embassy, ​​the team of the Vietnamese students studying abroad in Beijing, the team of the Youth Union - Vietnamese students studying abroad in Beijing and the team of the Vietnamese students studying abroad in Tianjin, China.

Attending the matches were representatives of the Vietnamese Embassy and the Vietnamese community in Beijing; Vietnamese press agencies stationed in China and a large number of Vietnamese students studying in Beijing and Tianjin.

The four teams were divided into two pairs, the two winning teams entered the final match. In the end, the Youth Union - Association of Vietnamese Students in Beijing won the Championship with the Cup and Gold Medal, the Overseas Students Party Committee in Beijing won the Second Prize with the Silver Medal. The remaining two teams shared the Third Prize with the Bronze Medal.

After 3 years of organization, the Vietnamese Students Football Tournament in Beijing has increasingly attracted a large number of students to participate in training, competing and cheering, becoming a cultural and sports activity, as well as a place to connect and exchange between students and representative agencies and the Vietnamese community in China.
