Late last week, the iPhone maker acknowledged complaints that the iPhone 15 was running hotter than usual . According to Apple, there are a number of reasons for this: some apps aren't configured properly, bugs in iOS, and the initial setup phase takes longer to process and generates heat.

The iOS 17.0.3 update has fixed bugs in iOS. In addition, developers also released new versions of their apps.

Apple claims the iPhone 15 overheating issue has nothing to do with the new titanium and aluminum frame on the high-end models, or the USB-C charging port. The company’s website notes that all iPhones may get warmer when restoring from a backup, charging wirelessly, using graphics-heavy apps or games, or streaming HD video . Apple says the iPhone is safe to use unless the screen displays a high temperature warning.

iOS 17.0.3 also patches a kernel bug that could allow hackers to gain elevated privileges. The vulnerability was exploited in versions prior to iOS 16.6. Therefore, compatible iPhone users should download iOS 17.0.3 now by going to Settings > General > Software Update.

(According to CNBC)

iPhone 15 Pro has a series of errors that easily cause overheating, discoloration, and bending . iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max are the hottest smartphone models today, both literally and figuratively.
