Accelerating disbursement of capital for National Target Programs in 2025

Tuyen Quang strives to achieve a disbursement rate of 100% of capital for national target programs by 2025.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested heads of agencies, units, Chairmen of People's Committees of districts and cities to promote responsibility, focus on leadership, direction, and implementation of key tasks and solutions more drastically, synchronously, promptly, and effectively, striving to achieve a disbursement rate of 100% of capital for National Target Programs in 2025.

In particular, highly focus on implementing and accelerating the disbursement progress of capital sources for 3 National Target Programs (including the capital plan extended to 2025); proactively identify difficulties and causes of slow disbursement of each specific program and project to directly direct and promptly resolve them according to authority; promptly propose amendments and supplements to mechanisms and policies related to management and organization of program implementation, ensuring compliance with the policy of arranging and perfecting the administrative apparatus, creating a legal basis for continuous and uninterrupted implementation; organize weekly evaluation of disbursement results of National Target Programs to review the implementation and disbursement progress of their agencies and units; strictly implement the reporting regime.

The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Finance to monitor and urge the implementation of the tasks directed by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in the Directive; periodically report to the Provincial People's Committee on the implementation results according to regulations.
