Arsenal demands record price for Odegaard

According to TEAMtalk , Arsenal are said to be offering a price far exceeding 90 million euros for Martin Odegaard. Previously, the Emirates Stadium club's most expensive player sale was Alex Olade Chamberlain, when he joined Liverpool for 38 million euros.

This is believed to be a move to slow down Barcelona. The Catalan team is said to be planning to recruit the Norwegian star in June next year.

Arsenal have the upper hand as Odegaard's contract runs until the summer of 2028. The Gunners have always considered the former Real Madrid player to be central to their long-term plans.
