To ensure effective service, nearly 500 cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers, along with nearly 1,000 young volunteers, were mobilized. As early as 10:00 a.m. on August 24, the Ba Dinh Ward People's Committee distributed service items such as badges, shirts, snack boxes, trash bags, and gloves to all support forces.

To serve the people, the ward has prepared a large number of necessities including 5,000 raincoats and 5,000 chairs, 5,000 bottles of water, 2,000 bread and 2,000 dry rations. In addition, the Organizing Committee also prepared 2,000 main meals and 2,000 snacks for the support force.

The ward also arranged 27 points to serve the people, specifically: Kim Ma Street (2 points), Nguyen Thai Hoc Street (9 points), Giang Van Minh Street (2 points), Doi Can Street (3 points), Ngoc Ha Street (5 points), Le Hong Phong Street (2 points) and Tran Phu Street (2 points).

In particular, the point at 61 Tran Phu Street, which is predicted to have the largest number of people watching the parade, will have nearly 70 people arranged by Ba Dinh Ward to support, ensuring service for about 8,000 to 10,000 people in the area.

Regarding support activities for the people, Ba Dinh Ward will provide chairs, raincoats, food and drinking water to people, especially the elderly, children and veterans; coordinate with the Environmental Company to collect garbage after training sessions, preliminary and final rehearsals; at the same time, the points are also required to regularly inform and report on security, safety and arising issues.

By 12:00 on August 24, the locations will deploy forces and complete the arrangement of service points. After the locations have stabilized, the service and logistics teams will distribute necessities such as seats (100 seats/location) and raincoats (100 coats/location), along with food and drinks to each location.

As planned, the rallies, parades, and marches to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) will mostly take place in Ba Dinh Ward. Therefore, Ba Dinh Ward is focusing on this particularly important task, aiming to leave the best impression on domestic and foreign tourists attending the activities during the celebration.
