US Vice President Kamala Harris announced that she will not continue the policies of the US President Joe Biden administration and will create her own strategic color if she wins the election.
Speaking at a CNN event in Aston, Pennsylvania, Harris said: "My administration will not be a continuation of the Biden administration. I will take on the role of president with my own ideas and experiences. I represent a new generation of leadership on a number of issues and believe that we really have to have new approaches."

According to CNN, the vice president also criticized Republican opponent Donald Trump as "unstable" and "incompetent to serve the country." Ms. Harris also called Mr. Trump a "fascist" and a threat to American democracy. "I believe that Donald Trump is a danger to the prosperity and security of the United States," she said.
In response, former President Trump criticized Ms. Harris for "showing off" after replacing Mr. Biden in the 2024 US presidential campaign. The Republican candidate also said Ms. Harris was a threat to democracy and unfit for the position of US president.
Back at the CNN event in Aston, Harris pledged to tackle rising food prices and promised a new approach to health care policy. Asked if she supported expanding the US Supreme Court from its current nine justices to 12, Harris said: "I believe there needs to be some kind of court reform and we can study what that actually looks like."
Regarding the situation in the Middle East, Vice President Harris emphasized that this is the right time to end the conflict, and expressed his outrage at the deaths of so many innocent Palestinians.
In another development, according to tracking data from the Election Lab at the University of Florida (USA), nearly 25 million voters have cast ballots through in-person early voting or by mail. Several states, including the battleground states of North Carolina and Georgia, set records on the first day of early voting last week.
"The numbers in Georgia are at record levels," former President Trump said at an event in Zebulon, Georgia. "Honestly, the numbers in every state are at record levels. We're doing very well and hopefully we can change our country," Trump said, according to Reuters.
