Implementing the motto of "not allowing any prisoner who meets the conditions to be pardoned", the Provincial Police proactively advised the Provincial People's Committee to implement the pardon work in 2025. The functional units have reviewed and approved the files thoroughly, publicly, transparently and in accordance with the law. On March 7, 2025, the Provincial Police's Pardon Steering Committee held a meeting to review and propose 57 prisoner files that met the conditions to be submitted to the Pardon Advisory Council for approval.
