(NLDO)- Many people called for a boycott of this product when they noticed that the drawing under the eye resembles a "cow tongue shape".

Recently, Mr. Dang Tien Hoang (commonly known as streamer ViruSs) announced that he would stop importing and selling Baby Three teddy bears (made in China) because he discovered that Baby Three's Rabbit Town Ver2 version had sensitive images in the part showing eye bags and tears.

Although this is a product that brings in significant income, ViruSs still affirms that national interests are the top priority" .

In addition, Anna Eyewear also posted a notice about stopping cooperation with Baby Three.

Specifically, the Anna eyewear chain said it had met with Baby Three CEO Tieu Bach and is signing a contract to produce 10,000 Baby Three products for the upcoming collection in April 2025.

However, after receiving information that Baby Three was facing a controversial character drawing issue, the chain decided to stop cooperating.

"After Baby Three chose to remain silent, they responded to Anna. We are discussing and the final result will be communicated to customers," Anna said.

Many people called for a boycott of Baby Three when the image of a cow's tongue was suspected to be printed under its eyes.

The actions of ViRusS and Anna Eyewear have received great support from the community. Many people agreed and called for a boycott of this product when they noticed that the drawing under the eyes resembles the "cow tongue shape".

"I support Anna and ViruSs's actions. We need to be strong to prevent further cases from happening," said Mr. Vuong Pham.

Baby Three is a line of stuffed animal toys manufactured in China, first launched in May 2024 in the form of a secret box.

According to statistics from the e-commerce market data platform Metric, in just 1 month (from October 15 to November 15), Vietnamese consumers spent 8.8 billion VND to buy Baby Three blind boxes on two platforms Shopee and TikTok Shop.

This revenue increased by 106% compared to the previous month with nearly 38,000 products successfully sold from 109 sellers.
