On June 20, 2023, at exactly 8:00 p.m., Patrol Team No. 2, Traffic Police Department arrived at Km159, National Highway 3 to set up a checkpoint to handle alcohol violations as planned. It is known that in the first 6 months of 2023, the provincial traffic police force arranged 4,424 patrols with 16,502 officers and soldiers participating. Detected and handled 5,090 violations; fined 4,082 cases with a total fine paid to the state budget of more than 8.46 billion VND, temporarily detained 2,095 vehicles; temporarily revoked driving licenses for 1,068 cases.
