Traffic police of Hai Duong province check alcohol concentration of motorcyclists

From 0:00 on April 30 to 12:00 on May 2, the traffic police force of Hai Duong province detected and handled 464 cases of traffic safety violations. Of these, there were 84 cases of alcohol concentration violations, 55 cases of speeding violations...

The total fines for traffic safety violations were over 1 billion VND. Authorities revoked 28 driver's licenses, deducted points from 76 driver's licenses, and detained 88 vehicles.

During the same period, the provincial authorities received and handled 6 traffic accidents and collisions, resulting in 1 death and 8 injuries.

Compared to the first 2.5 days of the April 30 and May 1 holidays in 2024, there were 7 fewer traffic accidents and collisions, 3 fewer deaths, and 5 fewer injuries.
