BBK - After 10 years of implementing Directive 05-CT/TW, the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle has been concretized by the Bac Kan Provincial Party Committee into tasks and action programs, creating a widespread influence on all aspects of social life.

Through that, good models, new ways of doing things, many examples of good people, good deeds, and typical examples have emerged in all fields. After 10 years of implementing Directive 05, the whole province has 2,609 collectives and individuals being commended and rewarded, of which 30 collectives and individuals were commended by the Central Government.

Summarizing 10 years of implementing Directive 05, Bac Kan province has 03 collectives and 08 individuals with outstanding achievements awarded Certificates of Merit by the Chairman of Bac Kan Provincial People's Committee.

There are 12 collectives and 13 typical individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in 2024 awarded Certificates of Merit by the Provincial People's Committee Chairman.
