Strive for Sung Mang commune to escape from the special difficulty status

On the morning of August 6, the Sung Mang Commune Party Committee held the 1st Congress of the Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030. Attending were comrade Nguyen Trung Thu, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs.

Sung Mang is a particularly difficult commune, with an area of ​​over 76 ^km2 and a population of over 12,500 people. The commune was established on the basis of merging the original status of 3 communes: Sung Mang, Sung Tra and Lung Chinh. During the past term, the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Sung Mang commune have promoted the spirit of solidarity, unity, high political determination, made efforts to overcome difficulties, and gradually successfully implemented the goals and tasks set out in the Congress resolution.

As of August 2025, the total forest coverage rate of the commune reached 49%; the poverty rate decreased to 46%; the average income per capita reached 21 million VND/person/year. Along with that, people's lives are increasingly improved; security and national defense are ensured; the political system is increasingly consolidated and strengthened, and the Party's fighting strength is enhanced.

Promoting the achieved results, in the 2025-2030 term, with the motto "Solidarity, discipline, innovation, development", the Party Committee of Sung Mang commune continues to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee; build a clean and strong political system. Promote democracy, arouse the will of self-reliance, self-strengthening, solidarity and development aspirations of the people of all ethnic groups.

At the same time, focus on developing agricultural economy , community tourism, traditional occupations associated with digital transformation, improving people's material and spiritual life; preserving national cultural identity, ensuring solid national defense and security, building Sung Mang commune to develop sustainably, gradually rising out of the particularly difficult commune.
