Review and make statistics on all working offices and public service facilities that are not used, used ineffectively, or used for the wrong purposes by agencies, organizations, and units; develop plans, decide on handling, and organize handling to effectively manage and use, and prevent loss or waste of public assets.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned provincial departments, branches, and sectors and People's Committees of communes and wards to review and propose solutions for handling redundant offices and public facilities, ineffective use, or for the wrong purpose. Assets in need of use will be transferred to the units in need; in case of needing to change functions (for health, education , culture, etc.), the competent authority will coordinate to complete the dossier and submit it to the Provincial People's Committee for decision. Assets no longer in need of use will be transferred to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center for management, exploitation, and handling according to regulations. Completion time is before August 15, 2025.
The Department of Finance provides guidance on documents, procedures, and procedures for developing a plan to handle unused, ineffectively used, or improperly used workplaces and public service facilities before July 28, 2025.
