The project “Support for the application of advanced machinery in the production of products from Tra My Cinnamon” was implemented at Tra My Minh Phuc Cinnamon Cooperative. From the industrial promotion policy and supported funding, Tra My Minh Phuc Cinnamon Cooperative has invested in cinnamon bark peeling machines, cinnamon flute splitting machines, cinnamon tube cutting and pressing machines, and cold medicinal herb dryers with a total implementation cost of 479.7 million VND, of which the local industrial promotion fund supported 190 million VND.
This new equipment will help increase capacity, reduce labor costs, expand scale, improve production capacity and expand business operations, develop sustainably, and contribute to local economic development. At the same time, the product also ensures food hygiene and safety, increases product preservation time and competitiveness in the market.
