Bac Yen successfully organized the 3rd job fair and career counseling day

For businesses, colleges and universities in provinces and cities nationwide. This is a good opportunity for students to choose a career that suits their strengths and abilities, as well as to orient them in the future to earn income for themselves and their families."

At the festival, units and businesses introduced their labor recruitment needs, recruitment positions, and policies of the business towards workers. Consulting, introducing, and guiding on making documents and procedures for exporting labor to Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Australia, etc. and some domestic companies for workers in need.

I think this activity has helped businesses find their candidates, because JaSan Vietnam Company is expanding production and has a requirement to recruit 500 people. Therefore, the company also really wants to find labor sources from distant provinces to attract work; especially for the company, the salary and welfare regimes can be said to be very secure for employees.”

At the job fair , workers, youth union members and students of high schools and junior high schools in the district were introduced and consulted by a number of vocational training schools, companies and enterprises on training work associated with job needs, labor export in Japan, Korea and some other countries, helping students and workers access and orient their careers and industries suitable to their abilities and strengths to have the opportunity to find jobs in the future.
