124 works entered the final round of the Provincial Press Award 2025

BHG - At the 2025 Ha Giang Provincial Press Awards, the Ha Giang Journalists Association received 150 press works submitted to participate. Through preliminary selection, 124 works were selected to enter the Final round. Of which, the Print Newspaper category had 17 works; the Electronic Newspaper category had 22 works; the Photojournalism category had 20 works; the Visual Newspaper category had 39 works; and the Spoken Newspaper category had 26 works.

The Provincial Press Award Final Jury met to deploy the work of judging the works.

According to the assessment of the preliminary councils, this year's entries are all of good quality and have been carefully judged and selected, ensuring the conditions and criteria set out in the contest rules. In addition to Ha Giang Newspaper, which has the largest number of press works submitted, there are also 7 Cultural, Information and Tourism Centers of the districts whose authors have submitted entries. Most of the works are closely related to the topic, highly topical, and diverse in genre; many works deeply reflect the major policies and guidelines of the Central and the province, the topics vividly reflect the organization and implementation of the resolutions of the Provincial Party Committee; timely information on current events, the socio-economic situation, the preservation of traditional cultural values; building new rural areas, implementing social policies; developing tourism; eliminating bad customs, building a civilized lifestyle. Many works are written about good people and good deeds in studying and following the ideology, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh, promptly reflecting the negative aspects and social issues of concern.

After completing the judging, the Organizing Committee will select outstanding works to award prizes on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day, June 21 this year.
