BHG - On the morning of May 29, in Quan Ba district, the Standing Committee of the Ha Giang Provincial Youth Union coordinated with the Standing Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Youth Union to organize the launching ceremony of the 2025 Summer Campaign. Attending the ceremony were comrade Phan Anh Hung, Secretary of the Quan Ba District Party Committee; leaders of a number of departments, branches, and organizations of the two provinces of Ha Giang and Tuyen Quang, and the Youth Delegation of Chau Van Son, Yunnan Province (China) led by comrade Duong Sy Le, Secretary of the Van Son Chau Youth Union.

Leaders of Ha Giang Provincial Youth Union presented the Flag of the 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign to Quan Ba District Youth Union.

The 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign will be implemented from April 2025 to August 31, 2025 with 1 program and 4 campaigns, including: "Supporting the exam season" program and volunteer campaigns "Green summer", "Red phoenix flower", "Pink vacation", "Green march" associated with each block, group of union members and youth, focusing on the following contents: Propagating the purpose and meaning of the summer youth volunteer campaign in general and the support program for the exam season in particular for union members and youth in the province; organizing activities to participate in building new rural areas, building civilized urban areas, protecting the environment, responding to climate change, participating in ensuring traffic order and safety, organizing social security activities, supporting people affected by natural disasters, storms and floods, overcoming difficulties, stabilizing life; establishing teams to participate in supporting gratitude activities; Propaganda, elimination of bad habits, backward customs and practices; organize summer activities for children to participate in local activities, focusing on propaganda on drowning prevention for children; mobilize social resources to build playgrounds, repair and supplement equipment for children's activities and entertainment venues; give gifts, support school supplies, and vehicles for children in especially difficult circumstances...

Delegates presented gifts to families of policy beneficiaries, youth and students in difficult circumstances.

At the launching ceremony, Ha Giang Provincial Youth Union and Tuyen Quang Provincial Youth Union presented 40 gifts to policy families, youth and students in difficult circumstances and provided support resources, including: 400 cartons of milk; 10,000 notebooks; 60 cartons of water; 100 sets of school supplies; 300 bags of social security medicine with a total value of 350 million VND.
