The People's Procuracy of Ha Giang and Tuyen Quang provinces agreed on the merger plan.

BHG - Recently, in Ha Giang , the People's Procuracy of Ha Giang and Tuyen Quang provinces jointly held a conference to unify the plan for organizational structure and personnel when merging the provinces. Attending the conference were leaders, heads of specialized departments, and personnel organizations of the two units.

The plan for merging the People's Procuracy of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces clearly identifies the characteristics and situation of the two units before the merger; the number of staff, the organizational structure of specialized departments; the current situation and proposed directions for the use of facilities, equipment, and working means. The plan also clearly states the leadership and management structure of department-level units; the headquarters and arrangement of working places and accommodation for the number of cadres from the People's Procuracy of Ha Giang province transferred to Tuyen Quang to work; financial and asset work, recovery, management of handover of old seals, registration of new seals; inventory of facilities, equipment, and working means; statistics, arrangement, and cataloging of files, documents, cases, incidents, etc. to serve the merger, handover as well as receiving tasks, files, and documents according to authority.

Speaking at the conference, the Chief Prosecutor of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Procuracy Nguyen Xuan Hung and the Chief Prosecutor of Ha Giang Provincial People's Procuracy Nguyen Thi Mai Lap agreed on the contents according to the plan, and assigned specific tasks to the staff units of the People's Procuracy of the two provinces; requiring cadres and party members to uphold their sense of responsibility and proactively coordinate in implementing assigned tasks. The People's Procuracy of the two provinces focused on reviewing, evaluating, and agreeing on selecting and arranging comrades to be Heads of Departments under the provincial People's Procuracy after the merger, who are exemplary, outstanding, and prestigious cadres, ensuring the criteria according to the instructions of the Supreme People's Procuracy; continuing to do a good job of political and ideological education, enhancing the understanding of the thoughts and aspirations of cadres, civil servants, and employees of the unit; Urgently review and specifically compile statistics on tasks and professional work for each unit and field, prepare for the transfer and reception of tasks in full, in accordance with regulations, ensuring strictness, synchronization, unity and efficiency. Complete the processes, procedures and plans for merging provincial-level People's Procuracies and submit them to the Supreme People's Procuracy before June 5, 2025.

The People's Procuracies of the two provinces agreed that after the merger, in addition to the headquarters at the administrative center of Tuyen Quang province, they will continue to use the headquarters of the People's Procuracy of Ha Giang province to arrange specialized and professional departments to perform tasks according to their authority, ensuring that prosecution is linked to investigation activities, closely following investigations, exercising trial authority, promptly and closely supervising the activities of judicial agencies and creating favorable conditions for people when coming to work at the provincial People's Procuracy.
