Abolish the regulation on ceiling on notary fees

(CT) - Mr. Nguyen Ngoc He, Vice Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee, has just signed and issued Decision No. 21/2025/QD-UBND on the entire abolition of Decision No. 10/2015/QD-UBND dated March 6, 2015 of the City People's Committee regulating notary fees in Can Tho City. This Decision takes effect from June 2, 2025.

The ceiling fee for notary fees according to Decision No. 10/2015/QD-UBND, specifically: Drafting contracts and transactions (including drafting, typing, printing) is 200,000 VND/contract, transaction; typing documents and papers 20,000 VND/page; photocopying documents and papers 1,000 VND/page; issuing notarized copies of documents 20,000 VND/file; keeping documents and papers 50,000 VND/file; translating documents and papers: translating foreign languages ​​into Vietnamese 60,000 VND/page/350 words, translating from Vietnamese into foreign languages ​​120,000 VND/page/150 words. In case of translating less than ½ page, the fee is calculated as ½ of the above fee; more than ½ page but less than 1 page, the fee is calculated as 1 page...
