Opening of the Provincial DIY Training Equipment Competition 2025

On the morning of May 28, the Department of Education and Training held the opening ceremony of the Provincial Self-made Training Equipment Competition 2025. Attending the event were comrade Nguyen Khac Hieu, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

This year's DIY Training Equipment Contest attracted the participation of 104 authors and groups of authors from 8 vocationaleducation institutions (VET) in the province with 21 competing equipment. The contest is scheduled to be held for 4 days from May 27 to 30.

Held every three years, the competition has created a playground for staff, teachers, students and pupils to express their passion for scientific research, promote their intellectual potential to invent training equipment for application in the teaching and learning process. This is also an opportunity for teachers, students and pupils of vocational education institutions in the province to exchange, learn and share experiences in teaching, inventing and improving training equipment, improving skills, and developing technical human resources to meet the increasing demands of the 4.0 Revolution and international integration.

Affirming that the 2025 Provincial Self-made Training Equipment Competition is a good opportunity for teachers, students and pupils to exchange, learn, share experiences and spread the spirit of creativity, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Khac Hieu requested the Organizing Committee of the competition to ensure objectivity and fairness, continue to promote the spirit of technical innovation and creativity, encourage and motivate a large number of cadres and teachers to participate in the competition in the following years; promote the movement of technical innovation in schools, create opportunities for teachers, students and pupils to be more creative, select excellent equipment to participate in the National Self-made Training Equipment Competition and be widely applied in practice.

In addition, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Khac Hieu requested the Department of Education and Training to strengthen the management of vocational education; promote the socialization of education and vocational training, proactively seek resources for investment in basic construction in parallel with improving and creating training equipment; direct vocational education institutions to strengthen the organization of professional activities at the grassroots level, actively participate in competitions, exams, and competitions organized by all levels and sectors to improve the quality and level of vocational skills... contributing to improving the quality of vocational education, meeting the requirements of enterprises in and outside the province.
