Focusing on the grassroots and residential areas, doing well the work of gathering union members, association members and people to effectively participate in campaigns and patriotic emulation movements, competing to successfully carry out the tasks of socio-economic development, national defense and security in the new period associated with carrying out the political tasks of the province in the new era, the era of national development.
