Attending the conference were Major General Pham Van Ram, Deputy Commander of the Ho Chi Minh City Command; and heads of subordinate agencies and units.
At the conference, the Command of Defense Zone 3 - Tan An Hoi commended and rewarded 21 militia soldiers who had excellently completed their tasks participating in training and parades, as well as ensuring and serving the activities commemorating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd. With a high sense of responsibility, determination, and rigorous training, the commended individuals made significant contributions to ensuring the solemnity, safety, and success of the commemoration. In recognition of these contributions, the General Staff awarded Certificates of Merit to the 21 outstanding individuals.

Speaking at the conference, Major General Pham Van Ram commended and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, persistent efforts, and work results of the 21 individuals honored. This is vivid evidence of the firm political stance, discipline, determination to overcome difficulties, and high level of unity and solidarity among officers and soldiers, while also affirming the contributions of the Ho Chi Minh City armed forces in the commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd. He expressed confidence that these achievements will continue to spread, creating motivation for officers and soldiers to constantly learn, train, and compete to successfully complete all assigned tasks in the future.
