Handing over the dossiers of two national relics of Dray Sap Thuong and Dray Nur waterfalls to the People's Committee of Krong Ana district

On the afternoon of May 17, in Krong Ana district, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a conference to hand over documents and conduct field visits to two relics in Krong Ana district, including: Dray Sap Thuong Waterfall National Scenic Spot and Dray Nur Waterfall National Scenic Spot.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and agreeing on the content of handing over documents and conducting field visits to two national relics: Dray Nur waterfall scenic spot (according to Decision 326/QD-BVHTTDL dated January 26, 2011 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism ) and Dray Sap Thuong waterfall scenic spot (according to Decision No. 01/1999/-QD-BVHTT dated January 4, 1999 of the Ministry of Culture and Information, now the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism).

Specifically, issues such as re-surveying the field, dividing administrative boundaries, coordinates, and zoning areas because the Dray Sap Thuong relic site covers 2 provinces (including Dray Sap commune, Krong Ana district, Dak Lak province ; Dak Sor commune, Krong No district, Dak Nong province), the work of preserving and promoting the value of the 2 relics, state management of the 2 relics, etc.

Accordingly, the relevant units agreed to hand over 2 dossiers and field of 2 national relics: Dray Nur Waterfall Scenic Area and Dray Sap Thuong Waterfall Scenic Area to the People's Committee of Krong Ana district to serve as a basis for the unit to carry out state management work.

Ms. Nguyen Thuy Phuong Hieu, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism spoke at the conference.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thuy Phuong Hieu, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said that in the coming time, the unit will continue to advise the Provincial People's Committee and propose that the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dak Nong province also propose that the People's Committees of the two provinces work on the division of administrative boundaries, coordinates, zoning areas as well as the division of areas between the two provinces. At the same time, she proposed that the two Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism and related organizations and units coordinate in the work of preserving and promoting the value of the two relics; propose that the People's Committee of Krong Ana district, after receiving the handover, must carry out management work according to Decision 20/2022/QD-UBND, dated May 30, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee.
