Attending the house handover and gift giving ceremony were the Pa Tan Border Guard Station Command, Pa Tan 1 village people and Mr. Sin Van Khanh's family.

It is known that Mr. Sin Van Khanh's family is in extremely difficult circumstances, living in a house made of wood and bamboo that has seriously degraded and is not safe during storms. He and his wife are old, weak, have no income, and are unable to build a solid house. Considering the difficult circumstances of Mr. Sin Van Khanh's family, the commune has compiled and proposed that the province support his family with 60 million VND under the province's program "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses".

Accompanying the people in the border area managed by the unit, Pa Tan Border Guard Station sent dozens of officers and soldiers to support 100% of the working days to help Mr. Khanh's family build a house. With the efforts of the local government and the soldiers in green uniforms of Pa Tan Border Guard Station, by June 3, the house was completed and handed over to Mr. Khanh's family for use. Pa Tan Border Guard Station presented essential household items such as: Uncle Ho's photo, fan, blanket, clothes, bowls, chopsticks, buckets and basins to the family and pens and notebooks for the children.
