Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park Management Board: 15 administrative procedures are exempt from fees

According to the Management Board of Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park, this is carried out in accordance with Resolution No. 411/NQ-HDND dated September 29, 2025 on administrative procedures in the fields of Employment and Construction Activities under the authority of the Management Board.

Accordingly, 15 administrative procedures in the two fields of Employment and Construction Activities will be applied a fee of 0 VND when businesses perform them through the National Online Public Service Portal.

Notably, in the field of Employment, all three procedures related to work permits for foreigners in Vietnam (including new issuance, re-issuance and extension) are applied online throughout.

The Construction Activities sector also has innovation with 12 fee-free procedures, from granting new construction permits, adjusting, extending to re-issuing permits. These procedures apply to a variety of construction types.

The synchronous implementation of new policies brings dual benefits to both businesses and management agencies. For businesses, this is an opportunity to reduce costs of procedures and optimize time. For management agencies, this is also a practical move to promote digital transformation and support the business community, while improving the efficiency of document processing and enhancing publicity and transparency in work.

The procedures are applied in two forms.

Full online public service : Allows businesses to carry out the entire process from submitting documents to receiving results via the Internet.
Partially online public services : Some steps in the process are done online.
