The Standing Committee of Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee awarded retirement decisions to leaders of the propaganda and mass mobilization sector.

Authorized by the Provincial Party Standing Committee, on the afternoon of February 4, 2025, the Provincial Party Standing Committee held a conference to announce and present the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on personnel work. Comrade Phan Van Thang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the conference.

Attending the conference were comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Tuyen, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; representatives of specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee; cadres and civil servants of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission.

At the conference, the representative of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on personnel work. Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee decided to allow comrade Dinh Van Nam, member of the Provincial Party Committee, former Deputy Head of the Standing Committee in charge of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department to retire from February 4, 2025. At the same time, it decided to allow comrade Tran Hoang Vu, member of the Provincial Party Committee, former Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department to retire on the same day.

Receiving the decision, comrade Dinh Van Nam and comrade Tran Hoang Vu thanked the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee and the collective of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department for always supporting and helping them to complete their assigned tasks.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Phan Van Thang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council acknowledged and commended the contributions of comrade Dinh Van Nam and comrade Tran Hoang Vu during their working process with many positions. Comrade Dinh Van Nam and comrade Tran Hoang Vu both strived to complete the assigned tasks well.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of Comrade Dinh Van Nam and Comrade Tran Hoang Vu who took the initiative to retire early to create favorable conditions for the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee in arranging and streamlining the apparatus in the spirit of summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 18 of the 12th Party Central Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and arrange the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient". The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee sent his best wishes for health and hoped that after retirement, Comrade Dinh Van Nam and Comrade Tran Hoang Vu would continue to promote the exemplary spirit and responsibility of Party members, pay attention to and accompany the activities of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization sector; and actively contribute to the development of the locality.
