According to the report of Cam Ranh City Party Committee, in recent times, the security, political and ideological situation in the city has been relatively stable, with no outstanding incidents or issues causing public outrage. Under the leadership of the City Party Committee and the direction of Cam Ranh City People's Committee, after more than 2 years of implementing Resolution 09 of the Politburo on building and developing Khanh Hoa province to 2030, with a vision to 2045, the city's economy has continued to maintain stable growth, socio-economic infrastructure has developed significantly; key socio-economic programs have become increasingly effective, contributing to promoting production development. In general, no sabotage activities by hostile and reactionary forces have been detected in the city; the ideological situation, social mood, and social security and order in the area have always been maintained stable. People trust the leadership of the Party and the management and administration of the State. The work of ensuring security, order and social safety, especially during Tet, major holidays, and major political events of the locality and the country, has been well implemented. The Steering Committee 35 of the Cam Ranh City Party Committee has promptly oriented public opinion information before important political events and sensitive issues, creating consensus and support from cadres, party members and people in implementing resolutions and directives of the Party, policies and laws of the State.
Concluding the meeting, Mr. Le Huu Tho requested the Standing Committee of Cam Ranh City Party Committee to continue to pay attention to directing the activities of the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department, directing to enhance the responsibility of coordination between sectors and the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department in performing political tasks, socio-economic development, national defense and security. At the same time, pay attention to opening online transmission lines to the grassroots to serve the work of studying, thoroughly grasping and implementing the Party's directives and resolutions; pay attention to and direct the implementation of Resolution No. 09 of the Politburo on building and developing Khanh Hoa province to 2030, with a vision to 2045, contributing to building it into a tourism - logistics city. The City Party Committee's Propaganda Department should enhance its proactiveness, creativity and timeliness in advising the Party Committee in the field of propaganda; Strengthen the work of grasping public opinion, forecasting the situation, especially public opinion of cadres, party members and people related to the implementation of key projects and works that have a great impact on people's livelihoods; promptly coordinate to verify, handle and respond to press information reflecting on the leadership of Party committees, management and operation of the government; continue to promote the propaganda of local revolutionary history publications to educate the younger generation, union members and youth about traditions, ethics and lifestyles.
