Mr. Bach Dang Khoa - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Bac Giang province said that this year, in order for the exam to be conducted safely, seriously, and in accordance with regulations, the department has developed a handbook to guide the positions at the exam sites and the instruction board in the exam rooms.
Mr. Khoa emphasized that the exam room signboard is considered a guideline for exam invigilators and candidates.

The instruction board clearly shows what the supervisor must do in each subject (Math, Literature, elective). After completing each task, the supervisor ticks the form so as not to miss any steps in the exam room.

Mr. Ta Viet Hung - Director of the Department of Education and Training of Bac Giang - affirmed that in terms of ensuring exam safety, Bac Giang always has higher requirements than the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
The Ministry requires that items that are not allowed in the exam room must be placed 20 meters away from the exam room, while Bac Giang requires 25 meters. Behind the exam room, especially in places with high scores (there may be buildings taller than the exam room outside), smart devices can be used to retrieve exam papers, all with curtains or paper covering the windows.
This year, Bac Giang has over 24,000 candidates registering for the high school graduation exam with 43 exam locations. Of these, 42 exam locations follow the 2018 generaleducation program and 1 exam location follows the 2006 general education program.
