Safety and drowning prevention for children in the summer

According to the Department of Education and Training, the Department has requested educational institutions to organize activities to raise awareness about child care and protection and prevent drowning accidents for children and students in the summer of 2025.

Accordingly,educational institutions develop plans to coordinate with parents to propagate, educate, manage and supervise children and students during school breaks and summer vacations to ensure safety and prevent drowning for them. All schools with fixed swimming pools and mobile swimming pools organize swimming lessons for children and students.

At the same time, organize counseling activities to raise awareness about injury prevention and child abuse prevention for students during the summer at school libraries...
