BBK - From June 19-21, 2025, under the direction of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission, the Vietnam Journalists Association presided over and coordinated with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to organize the 2025 National Press Festival with the theme "Vietnamese Press - Loyalty, Creativity, Courage, Innovation for the cause of building and defending the Fatherland".

The 2025 National Press Festival takes place on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Vietnamese Revolutionary Press (1925 - 2025). This is one of the important activities in the 100th anniversary of the Vietnamese Revolutionary Press, attracting great attention from the press and public nationwide.

Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia, Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission for Mass Mobilization, spoke at the opening ceremony of the Press Conference.

Activities at the Press Festival are organized on a large scale, rich and profound, fully demonstrating the identity of Vietnamese journalism from tradition to modernity.

This year's National Press Festival has 124 central and local press units participating, with nearly 130 unique press exhibition booths of newspapers and magazines, from popular to specialized, of major journalism training institutions, covering all aspects of the country's economic - political - cultural - social - defense - security - foreign affairs life. The editorial offices bring multi-platform press products applying AI, virtual reality, 3D modeling, holofan... The highlight of the event is the central space displaying the theme "100 years of Vietnamese Revolutionary Press: Achievements and development trends in the new era" - where for the first time the history of revolutionary press through memorable milestones is recreated. The exhibition booth, implemented by the Vietnam Press Museum, contributes to emphasizing the depth of tradition and progressive thinking of the country's press.
