
Mr. Phan Dinh Ngo, head of Vinh Binh residential group, said that at around 10 pm on November 6, a strong tornado lasting only 10 seconds swept through Vinh Binh residential group, causing corrugated iron and tile roofs to fly everywhere. More than 10 houses had their roofs damaged, many outbuildings and trees were broken, causing local traffic jams.

Mr. Duong Van Tuan, Chairman of Ban Thach Ward People's Committee, said that the locality has mobilized emergency support forces, visited and given gifts to encourage people to overcome the damage.
In Tay Ho commune, 18 houses in An Tho and Loc Ninh villages had their roofs blown off or were damaged. The commune People's Committee Chairman, Mr. Tran Quoc Danh, said that the locality had mobilized police, militia, youth... to help repair houses, clean up the scene, and at the same time, summarize the damage to propose financial support for repairs.

In Tam Anh commune, 41 houses were affected, along with many trees and outbuildings damaged.

The Da Nang City Military Command has directed the regular forces and militia to divide into many working groups, directly go to the area to rebuild roofs, clear fallen trees, clear sewers, support the relocation of assets, and ensure safety before the weather can continue to worsen.
