Ensure that the amnesty review is public, transparent and rigorous.

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025),the President issued Decision No. 266, dated March 3, 2025, on amnesty in 2025. The Provincial Police Detention Center has seriously implemented the amnesty review work, ensuring that it is timely, public, transparent, and strictly follows the correct subjects, conditions, and regulations.

To successfully organize and implement the 2025 amnesty work, the Provincial Police Detention Center has strictly implemented the regulations of the Amnesty Advisory Council, ensuring that the 2025 amnesty work is organized seriously, publicly, transparently, cautiously, and objectively.

Dao Quang Thanh, born in 1972, committed the crime of violating traffic regulations and is serving a prison sentence at the Provincial Police Detention Center. Thanh was extremely excited to receive information about the President's decision on amnesty.

Like Thanh, 72 prisoners serving prison sentences at the Provincial Police Detention Center have been fully informed about the President's amnesty decision.

The provincial police detention camp thoroughly reviewed the case, ensuring that the right subjects were not missed, and at the same time, no inmates who did not meet the conditions were proposed for amnesty. This was a request that the amnesty review board of the Vinh Phuc provincial police detention camp thoroughly understood.

In addition to seriously implementing the contents related to amnesty work, the Provincial Police also stepped up propaganda to raise awareness and responsibility of all levels, sectors and the masses in managing,educating , monitoring and helping people who are pardoned before their term to support them to reintegrate into the community, have a stable life, and minimize the risk of recidivism.
