Discussing the above issue, journalist Tran Tien Duan - Editor-in-Chief of VietnamPlus Electronic Newspaper said that, taking advantage of digital technology , recently, VietnamPlus Electronic Newspaper has been quick to build a multimedia convergence newsroom, with an increasingly modern working environment.
In particular, with the ability to quickly convey information to readers almost simultaneously with the event and a huge amount of information, even without the capacity limit like printed newspapers, or the broadcast time limit like radio or television, VietnamPlus Electronic Newspaper has quickly proven its appeal to the public.
According to journalist Nguyen Hoang Nhat - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of VietnamPlus Electronic Newspaper, in recent years there have been more and more tools to support content production, so journalists must learn to master technology.
“In fact, thanks to technology, VietnamPlus E-newspaper reporters can quickly create Mega Stories and graphic products. For example, with just raw information and data, AI can select appropriate graphics and charts instead of reporters having to create them manually like before,” said journalist Hoang Nhat.

However, journalist Hoang Nhat also noted that AI has many outstanding features that are indisputable, but machines naturally lack political sensitivity, humanity, and social responsibility. Abusing AI can lead to copyright infringement and violations of journalistic ethics.
Therefore, journalist Nguyen Hoang Nhat believes that journalists are standing on the edge of journalistic ethics, needing to hone their professional skills, take advantage of the opportunities that AI brings, but still have to learn how to master the technology, so that AI is a powerful tool for them.
Based on their knowledge, skills and experience, the journalists focused on discussing how to create high-quality journalism, more modern multimedia journalism; the individual role of agencies and journalists in the process of creating high-quality journalism; digital economy, journalism fees; and podcasting trends.
