Khanh Hoa Newspaper starts building a charity house for a near-poor household in Suoi Cat commune

On the morning of April 25, Khanh Hoa Newspaper coordinated with the People's Committee of Suoi Cat Commune to organize a groundbreaking ceremony to build a house of gratitude for the family of Mr. Mang Dong and Mrs. Mang Thi Kim Oanh - a near-poor household in Suoi Lau 1 Hamlet, Suoi Cat Commune, Cam Lam District. This is an activity in response to the Campaign "Each organization and individual is associated with a humanitarian address" and to implement the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses for poor households, near-poor households, and households in difficult circumstances in 2025; to celebrate the 78th anniversary of Khanh Hoa Newspaper's Traditional Day (April 26, 1947 - April 26, 2025); towards the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025).

The house was built with a total area of ​​48m2 , with 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 outbuilding, ensuring 3 hard (hard floor, hard frame - wall, hard roof). The total cost of building the house was 120 million VND. Of which, Khanh Hoa Newspaper took the contribution fund from the collective of cadres, civil servants, and workers of the newspaper to support the family with 70 million VND to build a new house; the family contributed an additional 50 million VND.
