The semi-final matches taking place at noon on May 31 of the International 3-Cushion Carom Billiards Tournament - SCTV Cup 2025 brought about unexpected results. In the first semi-final match, the battle between the champions of the Bogota World Cup in the last two years, Tran Quyet Chien and Tran Thanh Luc, was extremely attractive and dramatic. Both sides chased the score continuously throughout the match, but unfortunately, Tran Thanh Luc, despite creating a series of 11 points, could only narrow the gap to 47-49 before losing 47-50 after 30 rounds.
