The company has a charter capital of 1.9 billion VND. Of which, Mr. Vo Do Minh Hoang contributed 570 million VND (equivalent to 30% of the charter capital). Singer Ha Anh Tuan contributed 1.33 billion VND (equivalent to 70% of the charter capital). The Chairman of the Board of Members and legal representative is Mr. Ha Anh Tuan.
