Including the win at RheinEnergieStadion, Bayern have beaten their opponents 14 times in a row since the start of the season. According to Opta , this is the first time in the history of the top 5 European championships that a club has had such a long winning streak.

Bayern broke AC Milan's record of consecutive wins set in the 1992/93 season (13 matches), followed by Real Madrid (1961/62 & 1968/69), Tottenham (1960/61) and Dortmund (2015/16) with 11 consecutive wins each.

Bayern are unstoppable.

Returning to the match against Cologne, Bayern had a difficult start. The home team played aggressively and were not afraid of collisions, creating a number of dangerous opportunities in front of the opponent's goal.

In the 31st minute, the crowd erupted when Cologne took the lead. From a corner kick, Ragnar Ache jumped high and headed the ball powerfully, leaving the Bayern goalkeeper helpless.

However, the spirit of a great team was shown in just 5 short minutes. In the 36th minute, Luis Diaz quickly scored the equalizer. This goal caused controversy when the Colombian player seemed to be offside, but because VAR is not applied in the German Cup, the goal was still recognized.

Just two minutes later, Harry Kane received the ball with his back to goal, before turning and firing a left-footed shot into the top corner.

In the second half, Bayern continued to search for a goal to end the match. Although Luis Diaz missed a golden chance in the 53rd minute, Kane showed the difference of a superstar. In the 64th minute, he jumped high to head a powerful goal from a corner kick. Michael Olise then added his name to the list of goals in the 72nd minute, completing a resounding victory.

This double not only helped Bayern qualify but also brought Harry Kane to 22 goals in 14 matches for the Bavarian club this season - a terrifying scoring efficiency.
