Closing ceremony of leadership and management training course for Lao officials

This morning, July 28, Le Duan Political School held a closing ceremony for the 2nd leadership and management training course in 2025 for officials of Salavan and Savannakhet provinces (Laos). Implementing the cooperation agreement between Quang Tri province and Salavan and Savannakhet provinces for the period of 2023 - 2025 and the announcement of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, Le Duan Political School organized the opening of a training course on July 14, 2025. The training course has 40 students who are leaders of provincial and district departments, branches and sectors, including 12 students who have studied the intermediate political theory program at Le Duan Political School.

During the course, students were trained in 10 topics according to the program of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, including basic and necessary knowledge such as: Overview of leadership and management at the department level; leadership and management culture; leadership and management at the department level in the context of promoting public service provision; advisory skills of leaders and managers at the department level...

The training course will also help students effectively apply their knowledge to practical work. After 15 days of study, 34 students achieved good grades, accounting for 85%.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board Tran Vu Khiem highly appreciated the dynamic and creative spirit of Le Duan Political School in the training coordination process, especially in the context of the merger with many difficulties.

Over the past 16 years, Le Duan Political School has also organized 14 political theory training courses for nearly 630 cadres in Salavan and Savannakhet provinces. The training courses have contributed to improving the quality of cadre work in the two neighboring provinces, the leading factor determining the victory of each country's revolution, and at the same time being the nucleus for maintaining and strengthening solidarity between the two peoples.
