Taking place from September 29 to October 1, the 10th Hanoi Open Badminton Tournament for Students and Students competing for the Tuoi Tre Thu Do Newspaper Cup in 2023 was organized by Tuoi Tre Thu Do Newspaper to promote the sports training movement, develop talents, improve health, contribute to creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, a spirit of exchange and learning, increase solidarity and mutual understanding between schools and students, union members and youth.

Entering the 10th season, the number of athletes registering to participate in the tournament is increasing. Journalist Nguyen Manh Hung - Editor-in-Chief of Tuoi Tre Thu Do Newspaper said: The 10th Hanoi Open Badminton Tournament for Students and Students for the Tuoi Tre Thu Do Newspaper Cup in 2023 has attracted nearly 1,200 athletes who are students in the capital and 9 neighboring provinces. The enthusiastic and exciting response of universities, colleges, vocational and professional secondary schools, and high schools has affirmed the attractiveness of the tournament.
The tournament is a practical activity to celebrate the 69th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2023); Welcome the 8th Congress of the Vietnam Student Association of Hanoi, term 2023 - 2028. At the same time, promote the sports movement, develop talents, improve health, contribute to creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, the spirit of exchange and learning, increase solidarity and mutual understanding between schools and students, union members and youth.
