On May 14, the leader of Thuan Hoa District Party Committee, Hue City said that Mr. Tran Hung Nam, Standing Deputy Secretary of Thuan Hoa District Party Committee, signed a disciplinary decision against Ms. Duong Thi Thuy, Deputy Secretary of Party Cell, Vice Principal of Phu Thanh Kindergarten (Duong No Ward, Thuan Hoa District).

The decision of the Standing Committee of Thuan Hoa District Party Committee clearly stated that, in the course of her work and daily life, Ms. Thuy had behaviors and actions that showed a male-female relationship with a legally married person.

The person identified as having an illegal relationship with Ms. Thuy is Mr. HTN, a Civil Servant of Justice - Civil Status of Phu Bai Ward, Huong Thuy Town, Hue City.

Despite being reminded and warned by the agency and organization, Ms. Thuy did not correct her behavior but continued to maintain that relationship.

The violations of the female Vice Principal of Phu Thanh Kindergarten have caused negative public opinion, affecting the happiness of other families and the reputation of herself, her unit and the Party organization where she works.

Considering the Party's regulations and laws on marriage and family, the Standing Committee of Thuan Hoa District Party Committee decided to discipline Ms. Duong Thi Thuy by removing her from the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell.
